My current college project is based on a personal collection of some kind. Due to the large number of tennis, football, rugby, hockey, cricket and running shoes in our household, I have decided to choose sports shoes as the theme for my collection

                  This is just one side of a sports shoe rack housing my families sport shoes.

I always use a mind map to get started. It provides a wealth of information.

                                     I thought it would be interesting to look at sports shoes of old.
           I love the rugby boots. The tennis look good but I wouldn't fancy having to play in them!!!

For my final pieces I am using the sports shoe idea to make up three sporting posters.
